 If you own property or rent property in one of our fourteen partner communities and meet the following requirements, you are eligible to apply to the LAMPP project.
- Privately owned housing built prior to 1978.
- Occupant income less than 80% of area median income.
- Owner occupied property with child under six in residence or spending significant time in property (e.g. six hours a week, ten weeks a year)
- Rental properties rent equal to or less than fair market rent established by HUD Section 8 guidelines, with or without children in residence.
