This program is presented in a small group format at Greater Hartford senior centers.
CarFit: Helping Mature Drivers Find Their Safest Fit
Many older drivers have difficulty fitting into their cars and have issues with blind spots, seat positioning and seat belt comfort. Using a 12-point vehicle checklist, IPC experts recommend personal vehicle adjustments and adaptations and offer community resources that could enhance a mature driver’s safety behind the wheel. Appointments take approximately 30 minutes.
