Dr. Carroll’s research focuses on examining the relationship between a child’s genetics and the development of disease, particularly bronchiolitis and severe asthma. Through this research, he hopes to be able to target therapy to a specific child thus improving clinical care, shortening durations of illness and reducing side effects from ineffective therapies.
