Connecticut Children's offers parents and caregivers access to a diverse group of medical professionals, all of whom are trained in specialized care for children of all ages. Connecticut Children’s Medical Center’s highly skilled neonatology staff provides exceptional care to premature or critically ill newborns in two state-of-the-art neonatal intensive care units (NICU) located at Hartford Hospital (Level 4) and the University of Connecticut Health Center (Level 3).


The Division of Nephrology at Connecticut Children’s Medical Center is a leader in pediatric nephrology services throughout the region, caring for infants, children and adolescents with a wide range of renal disorders, including congenital and acquired kidney disease.
