At the Center for Pediatric Liver Disease, a team of physicians, specialty nurses and registered dietitians, headed by Karan Emerick, MD, provide comprehensive diagnostic evaluation for the full spectrum of acute and chronic diseases of the hepatobiliary systems in infants, children and adolescents. Our board certified pediatric hepatologist offers this highly specialized care in close collaboration with Sukru Emre, MD, a renowned liver transplant specialist from Yale-New Haven Hospital.
