Expertise

Dr. Madan Cohen is a pediatric neurologist with subspecialty training in EEG and epilepsy. She is the head of the Epilepsy Center at Connecticut Children’s Medical Center, which provides comprehensive care to children with epilepsy. The Center provides multidisciplinary care for children with epilepsy including potentially curative epilepsy surgery. The Ketogenic Diet Program is the only one in the state. Dr. Madan Cohen is also the director of the Clinical Neurophysiology Lab which provides EEG, epilepsy monitoring unit stays, visual evoked potentials, and brainstem auditory evoked potentials.
