Location, Location, Location!

Connecticut Children’s footprint includes more than 40 locations across Connecticut, eastern New York and western Massachusetts.

Our main campus is located in Hartford, the state capital and a dynamic metropolitan area that features a variety of amenities and attractions, including world-class dining options and a burgeoning entertainment scene.

The cities and towns surrounding Hartford offer some of the best public schools in Connecticut.

Of course, Connecticut Children’s is an asset for the area too, as the state’s only freestanding children’s hospital, a teaching hospital affiliated with the University of Connecticut School of Medicine and a leading research facility that is dedicated to caring for children and families.

Transportation in the Hartford area is convenient, with Bradley International Airport just miles from the city and an Amtrak train station in downtown Hartford.

Connecticut, home to the championship-winning UConn Huskies, offers a unique New England lifestyle that allows residents to enjoy outdoor activities year-round. Hartford is centrally located between New York City and Boston, a two hour drive from both cities and even closer to tourist hotspots such as Mystic Seaport and Newport, Rhode Island.

Connecticut’s shoreline boasts beautiful beaches and award-winning lobster shacks while central Connecticut is home to many historical sites, theaters, restaurants and museums. Throughout the state, bike and walking trails wind through Connecticut’s picturesque landscape.

As they say, there's, "No better place to live, work and raise a family." Learn more about living in Connecticut.
