Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)

Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) is a dynamic course developed by the American Heart Association to prepare the health care provider with the knowledge and skills needed for pediatric resuscitation. The course is intended for physicians, nurse practitioners, registered nurses, paramedics, respiratory therapists and other health care providers who initiate and direct advanced life support in pediatric emergencies.

The two-day provider course is offered monthly on a consecutive Wednesday/Thursday (must attend both days), and a one-day renewal course is offered monthly on Thursdays. Courses are held at 80 Jefferson Street in Hartford from 8am-4:30pm.
