Carbone's Ristorante to Host a Delectable Dinner to Benefit Connecticut Children's Medical Center

HARTFORD, Conn. – On Thursday, June 6, food and wine connoisseurs can enjoy an evening of their favorites at Serata di Cibo – A Celebration of Food and Wine to benefit Connecticut Children’s Medical Center. The evening, hosted by Carbone’s Ristorante at 588 Franklin Avenue in Hartford and its new restaurant, Carbone’s Kitchen at 6 Wintonbury Mall, Bloomfield, will offer attendees a chance to enjoy delectable Italian hand passed hors d’ouevres; grill, pasta, carving and dessert stations; along with selected fine wines from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
“All of us at Carbone’s look forward to making this celebration of food and wine a very special night for those attending and, most importantly, to support the outstanding care and research at Connecticut Children’s Medical Center,” said Vincent Carbone, Chef and third generation family owner of Carbone’s Ristorante.
