Raytheon Technologies Family Resource Center The Raytheon Technologies Family Resource Center is dedicated to improving the health and wellbeing of our patients and families through family-centered care, education, and support. All patients and families are welcome to use the Raytheon Technologies Family Resource Center and its services during their experience at Connecticut Children’s Medical Center. Hours Monday – Thursday: 9 am – 7:30 pm Friday: 9 am – 5:30 pm Education The Raytheon Technologies Family Resource Center offers different educational opportunities for patients and families, including: Computer stations providing access to information on medical conditions Kids Education Station, offering interactive and educational games Classroom-style education sessions with providers Resource library Information sessions with community organizations Support Our expert staff will support patients and families through their journey at Connecticut Children’s. Our Family Education and Resource Coordinator connects families to many resources, including: Health information Support groups and services State and community programs Feel free to visit any time during standard operating hours; no appointment necessary Play The Raytheon Technologies Family Resource Center has fun activities for children of all ages, including: A children’s library Toys and board games Arts and crafts activities Electronic “Smart Table” loaded with games Apple iPads available Relaxation Located on the second floor of the Medical Center, the Raytheon Technologies Family Resource Center is a comfortable place to relax before appointments or during procedures.
