Holy cow the doctor was incredible!!!!! My daughter was very, very nervous and was hiding behind her stuffed animal and wouldn't speak. He was not phased at all - he kept respectfully, compassionately, warmly addressing her fears and won her over. He struck an expert balance between talking with me, the parent, and keeping her, the patient, at the center.

Dr. Grindle was very thorough yet continued to use "layman's terms" instead of medical terminology which makes it very easy to understand. He brought a superb level of comfort to us and our child and included us on every decision made that day. We rate Dr. Grindle right up there with [...] as our favorite doctors: respectful, thorough, comforting, friendly, inclusive....like speaking with an old friend.
