The doctor was also one of the best we have seen. My children were very comfortable in her care & this is usually something that is hard to achieve with them at medical appointments.

I felt like the appt was treated as if we were looking for a new eye doctor for my son, which we are not. The doctor did mention she found something on my son's eye but did not go into great detail on what it was or next step treatments if any were needed. When asked what could cause them if it could be from AVM, radiation treatment or genetics, she said could be genetics but wanted a copy of previous reports from his current eye doctor. I repeatedly told her he never had this extent of an eye exam or issue with blurry vision episodes before his AVM rupture in Feb. She just kept saying she wanted to get the records from his current eye doctor to compare.
