Do you have needlephobia? Do you or your child feel afraid when it comes to blood tests or immunizations? You are not alone! One out of five people (both grown-ups and kids) experience needlephobia. Visit one of our Open Houses and learn how you can manage fear of procedures that involve needles.
Each child can create a coping bag with complimentary comfort items when they visit the various Open House stations. Additional resources will be provided to caregivers along with information on the importance of the flu vaccine.
Registration is requested but drop-ins are welcome. Please call 860.545.8116 to reserve your spot today! There is no charge to attend.
Caregivers… please reinforce there will be NO needles of any kind!
