Connecticut Children’s provides integrated mental health evaluation, diagnosis and treatment services for children and adolescents. Affiliated with psychiatrists and psychologists from the Institute of Living (IOL) at Hartford Hospital, Connecticut Children’s provides hospital-based behavioral health support for children with medical illnesses that require coordinated, co-managed care from both physicians and mental health clinicians.
Connecticut Children’s pediatric psychologists and psychiatrists provide comprehensive inpatient psychiatry consultation, and serve many of our outpatient subspecialty areas such as urology, gastroenterology, endocrine, and hematology/oncology.
