Referrals can be faxed to 833.226.2329. We routinely see all patients with lead levels 5ug/dL or greater and welcome referrals of 3.5ug/dL and above. We are available for a phone consultation at any time. Our comprehensive environmental histories and direct communication with the local health departments help identify and remediate the sources of lead. Connecting families with local resources, like Connecticut Children’s Healthy Homes Program, is also important for keeping children lead-safe.
