Golf Swing Motion Analysis Program
Our in-depth P.A.R. (Performance Assessment & Rehabilitation) Golf program melds the clinical skills of a residency-trained sports medicine athletic trainer with the computational biomechanics expertise of a PhD biomedical engineer. Together, we provide a comprehensive analysis that evaluates your unique swing mechanics and pinpoints flaws that may lead to injury or decreased performance.
Our cutting-edge technology includes a 16-step golf-specific movement screen and a 12-camera 3D motion analysis system capable of evaluating movement of all joints throughout the golf swing with an accuracy of 1 degree of motion.
P.A.R. Golf is suitable for ages 10 and up.

Services & Packages
We provide a number of services that you can choose from to have your golf swing analyzed. Feel free to choose from one of our packages or create your own unique package from the options below to suit your specific needs. Additional services can be added to any of our standard packages.
Developed by the Titleist Performance Institute. This 16-step golf-specific screening tool is used to determine the deficiencies in the body’s movement that could limit your golf swing and overall golf performance. This evaluation can identify the functional limitations you may have that are hindering your performance or leading to injury.
Customized Exercise Program (Available only with TPI Evaluation)
This additional service is only available in packages including the TPI Evaluation. Based on the results of your TPI Evaluation, we can provide a 4- to 6-week customized exercise program that you can do on your own to help overcome any of the limitations noted in your TPI Evaluation.
High Speed Video
Utilizing two high-speed, high-definition cameras, we can capture every detail of your swing. The cameras are set to simultaneously record both “face on” and “down the line” views, providing a detailed picture of your swing that you can provide to your pro to help improve your game. Our cameras record motion at 500 to 1,250 frames per second in high definition.
To put our technology in perspective, standard cameras record at only 30 frames per second, while iPhone 7 slow motion camera records at 120 frames per second or 240 frames in standard definition.
We provide real time feedback on your shot and club statistics as you hit on our TRUGolf Vista 8 Pro Golf simulator. Using our simulator, it is possible to determine your carry, yards hit, ball speed, backspin, sidespin, club head speed, and club head angle, to name a few.
3D Motion Analysis
We utilize a state-of-the-art, 12-camera optical motion capture system that is capable of determining how every joint in your body moves during the golf swing down to a millimeter of movement and 1 degree of motion.
Optical motion analysis is regarded as the most accurate of all motion measurement devices. It is typically used for high-level biomechanics research and high-end movie animation. These systems are able to pick up the slightest amount of motion and have an accuracy of 1° of angular motion and 1mm of linear motion. Other similar systems include Gears, and the equipment at the Titleist Performance Institute.
Weight and Balance Analysis
We track your balance and your ability to efficiently shift your weight from one leg to another during your golf swing.
