Fellowship

Fellows in the UCONN School of Medicine’s ACGME-accredited pediatric fellowship programs receive their training primarily at Connecticut Children's Medical Center in Hartford.

Nurse Residency

The 12-month program is designed to support nurses with less than six months of experience transition from the academic setting to professional nursing practice.

Connecticut Children’s offers several professional development opportunities for nurses, including Nursing Grand Rounds, Pediatric Advanced Life Support, nursing contact hours, and nursing research. 

Educational Resources

The CLASP Co-Management Program publishes referral guidelines that incorporate evidence-based algorithms to outline when, how, and under what circumstances community providers refer patients to pediatric specialists.
