Dina has been the most incredible advocate and an amazing support for me when the school system wasn't helping.

It's always a great experience meeting Constandina Conley. She has a great communication with my teenage son and he likes her a lot. She is very professional and compassionate. I Recommend her one hundred percent.

The provider was excellent. She completed a thorough exam and discussed and addressed all of our concerns. She created a plan and made sure we had everything we needed before leaving. She also referred my 9 year old to another doctor and an appointment was scheduled.

Ms. Conley spoke to myself and my daughter in a very condescending manner. She came across as rude.

Her attitude made both my daughter and myself uncomfortable. She definitely could have communicated alot better to make the appointment smoother. Everytime I have completed a survey for CCH always positive. But unfortunately this visit She wasn't pleasant.

Provider walked in already frustrated, seemed irritated at my child's life style. Felt like she started judging from the minute she walked in. [...]

My daughter was 17 at the time of the visit (she turned 18 today) and so I waited in the waiting area and expected her to come get me if there were any issues. She returned to the waiting room after the appointment ended, never having come to get me, and said that Dr. Conley had "broken up" with her. She was on the verge of tears. Dr. Conley had scolded her for missing a previous appointment and then said that she didn't need to see my daughter any further. Dr. Conley did not include me in any of the decision making and never explained this to me directly. [...]

The Doctor listened carefully, was very informative and understanding, and she gave us further recommendations for after our visit. She was also kind to my son, spoke to him appropriately and made him feel comfortable, given he was nervous.

She was attentive to my child's pain and discomfort.

I appreciate the "no nonsense," common sense approach to treating migraines. My daughter's migraines aren't as serious as others might experience, but we felt rushed and our concerns seemed dismissed.

She was fine. I appreciate that she was careful about her words so that my teen didn't get more anxious, but there could have been better explanation about why we are doing certain things. There was no explanation to the patient about what an MRI is and why she will have one. And we left with a prescription for medication that I don't know why she's supposed to "try" it, [...]. My teen is refusing to take it because she doesn't want the possible side effects.

We were hoping that the provider had an off day, but it was the first time at CCMC that we felt almost like we were a bother. My child was the first to send me a look like, "did we do something wrong?" when she first started speaking with us. The provider became more relaxed as the visit went on, but by the end, the visit ended like it started. My child immediately commented as we left the appointment about what transpired and wanted to validate that they did not read the tone of visit incorrectly.
