    Clinical Expertise

    Dr. Boruchov is a pediatric hematologist/oncologist and Medical Director of the Pediatric Sickle Cell Program at Connecticut Children’s. She has a special interest in improving the lives and optimizing the care of children with sickle cell disease. She treats patients with cancers, bleeding problems, anemia and platelet disorders. Dr. Boruchov is a member of the American Society of Hematology, the American Society of Pediatric Hematology/Oncology and the New England Pediatric Sickle Cell Consortium. Dr. Boruchov completed medical school along with her residency and fellowship in New York. She was an attending pediatric hematologist/oncologist at Brookdale Hospital in Brooklyn prior to joining the staff at Connecticut Children’s.
