Grace Hong is a Nurse Practitioner on the Infectious Disease and Immunology Specialty Service, where she provides inpatient consultation services, ongoing care for immunocompromised patients requiring IVIG therapy and is an active member of a developing Antimicrobial Stewardship Program. She is also a Lead Clinical Editor for CCMC’s Clinical Pathways Program, reviewing and editing all hospital-wide clinical pathways, protocols and associated educational modules for over 50 pathways.
