    Jennifer Grande, FNP-BC, is a Nurse Practitioner in the Division of Center for Cancer & Blood Disorders at Connecticut Children’s. Jennifer’s clinical interests include General Benign Hematology as well as Hemostasis and Thrombosis. Most recently joined the Multidisciplinary Connecticut Children’s Medical Center Satellite clinic in Western Mass, South Hadley to provide hematology consults to the western mass region. In her free time, Jen enjoys hiking with her yellow lab in the beautiful outdoors of New England, cooking, and traveling.
