Unfortunately our experience was terrible. The doctor came in and from the beginning his attitude and demeanor was very unwelcoming. The Doctor seemed really annoyed with my son while he was having difficulty explaining what was wrong. The doctor even said to my son " well I don't treat anxiety". At one point the doctor asked me what exactly I wanted out of the appointment. I responded that due to mine and my families history of Crohn's disease that I wanted my son to be checked out because he has been experiencing symptoms. The doctor proceeded to tell me " well that doesn't mean he's going to have it" then he proceeded to try and explain to me my condition which I've had for over a decade now. Towards the end of the appointment he let my son know he needed to check his bottom, my son was very uncomfortable with this since it's not something he usually experiences when he's at a doctors visit. The doctor did not try and make him comfortable at all, instead told my son to turn around several times, even going as far as to actually starting to move my son's body physically. I was extremely uncomfortable and in the moment did not know how to handle that situation out of fear of my son and I not being believed or even causing a scene. The behavior the doctor showed was extremely unprofessional and left my son and I feeling really anxious to come back in the future.
