She was very brash in her tone, never asked my son about his symptoms, looked in his throat and said his tonsils don't look bad, even though we've been told by pediatrician and dentist that they're enlarged. Never ordered an X-ray to get a more thorough look at tonsils/adnoids. When I brought that up she looked annoyed. I've taken two of my other children to ENT and they did additional testing and X-rays. Never gave any type of explanation for 6 months of throat pain, "see what the sleep study shows". It isn't until October. Never discussed coming back for a follow up. Did not seem concerned about my son at all. It felt like a waste of time for a 45 minute drive both ways. She doesn't have good bedside manner, which is apparent if you read the reviews. In hindsight I should have requested a different provider.I have never been more disappointed and I have interacted with many providers at CCMC for my 4 children.

Very rude and told me not to schedule another appointment with a different department even though they wanted a follow-up and I explained that

I don't feel like Dr. Grover was hearing me. I believe she knows her specialty well and gave me good next steps; but she rushed past my concerns and ideas without talking them through with me. She spent only a minute or two examining my daughter and didn't engage with her at all.

I did not like this doctor at all! She was a bit withdrawn & cold. I had a completely opposite experience when we were seen my Dr. [...]. Although my child met criteria to get the procedure done, I did not feel comfortable making the decision to move forward with booking the surgery with this woman. She did not discuss the pros and cons of moving forward with this procedure for my child. I would not recommend this physician at all.

We always refer to Dr. Grover as our angel. She, along with the team of professionals that worked alongside Dr. Grover during [...]'s surgery, is the reason why our daughter is able to breathe successfully and live a healthy, thriving life today. We are so thankful for her and the excellent job she did. I highly recommend Dr. Grover. She is skilled, professional, personable and so knowledgeable.

The provider seemed more concerned that my 3-year-old daughter called her "teacher" instead of "doctor" than she was about the follow-up appointment. In my opinion, anyone working in pediatrics should understand that a 3-year-old isn't being disrespectful, she simply doesn't yet understand professional titles. I will not be recommending this provider, and I will not schedule any future appointments If needed with her.
