Yes care provider explain everything very well. About tonsils and adenoid removal surgery and adding tube in side his one ear. And she explained after surgery she have to observe [...] falling condition.so we made appointment in advance for October 2023 with her. [...]

Provider heard my concerns however didn't really seem child oriented. While looking at my child's ear provider told my Two year old to look for butterfly's on the wall. The wall was empty. Provider seem to lack child engagement skills
