Nick was wonderful. He answered all of my questions with patience and compassion. He explained the risks of the surgery we decided on and helped ease any concerns I had about the process. He took lots of time to talk to me about the decision and I never felt rushed. He was kind and compassionate. I would absolutely recommend him to a friend.

Was not dissatisfied at all! Left feeling like a weight had been lifted off my shoulders. There was no sense of being rushed. I felt comfortable to ask all my questions. I was thoroughly impressed. My husband also liked our daughters provider & had 0 complaints.

The providers are so knowledgeable and thorough. During this last appt I was a bit disappointed with the lack of guidance. We are in a situation where we need to make a decision on an invasive test and I would prefer ti have the opinion and guidance of a medical professional but the urology team advised it's really my decision. I'm not the expert and I was really hoping that the staff would suggest the treatment plan knowing we have a voice. But I was not expecting to basically be determining the next step in the plan.
