Very nice doc. Spent a long time with us and answered every question we had. This is the second time there has been confusion about who on the team was going to tell us biopsy results. Doc thought the surgeon was going to do it (we haven't met with the surgeon yet- something you can see in MyChart), she didn't realize that the results hadn't been released to us in MyChart. A similar thing happened with the needle biopsy results - doc told us surgeon would talk to us about it and the surgeon thought doc had done it. The idea of a team working with us is great but "who is the lead" seems to be a problem. During our next appts dealing with our staging scans I will make sure to ask who will tell us the results because I am worried about whether the team Is talking to each other.

Dr. Bilbao is exceptional. The majority of my daughter's care has been moved to [...] but I keep Dr. Bilbao as her endocrinologist because of her genuine concern and care for my child. She carefully explains her thinking and recommendations so that we both understand and I always feel heard when I have concerns

Dr. Bilboa was very kind and thorough. She took the time to remeasure my son's height and discovered an error of 2.5 cm.
