What’s next for your orientation?
We’re so excited to welcome you to our team of caring, talented professionals who are passionate about providing amazing care 100% dedicated to kids. We’re excited to help start your journey with us.
Before you arrive, there are a few things to check off — kind of like packing for an adventure. Grown-ups call it “onboarding,” but we just call it getting ready!
Your First Week
Your first week of orientation is designed to help you feel confident and prepared as a valued new team member. Throughout the week, you’ll participate in a combination of classroom sessions, hands-on training, and department-specific introductions.
During this time, you’ll meet fellow new team members, complete required compliance and safety training, learn about our values and culture, and receive all the tools you need to succeed in your role. We’re excited to support you every step of the way!

I-9
This is used to verify that you’re legally allowed to work in the United States. It is a two-step process where you complete the form and provide documentation. This will be completed in the first three days of your employment.

Orientation Day 1
This day is an introduction to our culture, mission, vision and values, and how we work together to provide the best care for children. It is held on Zoom.

Orientation Week
During this week, you’ll meet your team and begin learning the day-to-day aspects of your role. Your schedule for the first week will be sent via email from your department.
Your Need-to-Knows
You’ll need a badge for building access and security purposes. For parking, we’ve reserved spots just for you for free, so be sure to grab a parking pass when you arrive. And when it comes to uniforms, we’ve got you covered—details on what to wear will be provided to help you look your best while staying comfortable.
Badging
All new hires must submit a recent headshot to the badging office that meets the following requirements:
- High-resolution color photo in JPEG format
- Must be taken in the last 30 days
- Include your face and shoulders only
- Have someone else take your photo
