We love our PCP Dr. Bohn and she provides excellent care. My husband and I were really upset with the care from the resident physician. First, she walked Into the room and wasn't friendly at all and then assumed I spoke another language besides English and was condescending. I asked for our PCP and her response was "you're seeing me today". I didn't appreciate that at all. She had her phone in the examination room, I asked if she will be using DAX-copilot. I don't have a problem if she was going to use the application, however she needs to ask first. I truly felt it wasn't a good interaction especially me having to tell her I speak English and attending to my son as if he had a plague. We felt much better when she left the room and his PCP came into the room.
