Extremely personable and attentive to [...]'s individual needs. He asked JoJo where he would feel most comfortable so he could listen to the heart and lungs. [...] chose to sit on the floor with his magnetic tiles. He also took time to answer unrelated questions that JoJo had. This care goes a long way in making him feel at ease with strangers and in an office setting.

I had a wonderful experience. The care providers we saw were warm, empathetic, and brought the big conversations down to a level I could easily process.
