This wasn't Heidi's fault, but I went to the appointment without my husband. Usually we both go because one of us needs to "manage" my autistic daughter. My daughter interrupted me multiple times while I was trying to talk to Heidi. She was kind and understanding. Also, the nurse didn't take [...] bloodpressure since [...] struggles with the sensory aspect of things. That was kind and considerate.

I felt like she asked many questions, even beyond GI to try and get a better picture of what is going on. And she made me feel like she was part of our team instead of an independent Dr just focusing on her part. She told me to call after our ENT visit to figure out our plan and I almost cried on the spot from the support
