Jacob Kelner, DO is an Assistant Professor of Pediatrics in the Division of Neonatology, Department of Pediatrics. He is board-certified in Pediatrics, and is an active member of the American Academy of Pediatrics Section on Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine. Dr. Kelner serves as Director of the neonatal point-of-care ultrasound (POCUS) program at Connecticut Children’s, where he advances his research in neonatal lung ultrasound, provides POCUS training for neonatal care providers, and leads quality improvement initiatives integrating POCUS into NICU care. Outside of work, he enjoys time with his family, staying active, and cheering for his favorite sports teams.
