This was a last minute appointment due to ongoing pain and Dr. Baldwin took our son's concerns seriously. He's been a patient of hers for 8 years and she recognized this is different and is pursuing it as such. We've always trusted her and appreciated her collaborative, educational style. However, as our son gets older I really appreciate how she increasingly involves him in his own care-asking him (not me) about his symptoms, how he feels about options, consent to examine, and then we discuss as well. It does wonder for his understanding, empowerment, and compliance long after we leave and take meds, go for testing, whatever it might be. He trusts her and the team-which is why he asked to call when he was feeling pain. He doesn't associate medical care thanks to Dr. Baldwin, Nurse [...] and the team.

With my experience the doctor gave me 4 treatments in 10 months for abdominal pain and they did not work with daughter I myself had to ask for it endoscopy because I was very worried health of my girl they did it had pylori bacteria they gave it the treatment 14 days now it is better I see it as always playful cheerful no longer says it hurts and eats better in 4 weeks they will do it test to know already Don't have the bacteria right now you're taking a stomach repairer on an empty stomach, thank you

Dr Baldwin was knowledgeable and caring, gave a lot of information and helped my daughter understand the care plan

Dr. Baldwin is one of the most caring, and knowledgeable doctors we have had the pleasure of seeing. She has a great way of relating to kids, as well as explaining medical information to them on their level. She has been a tremendous support to my family in trying to find a care plan that works. We appreciate her so much!
