Dr. Kvenvold is an attending physician in the Division of Infectious Diseases and Immunology at Connecticut Children's and an assistant professor of pediatrics at the University of Connecticut School of Medicine. She also serves as the Medical Director of Infection Prevention and Control at Connecticut Children's and is a member of the antimicrobial stewardship committee. Dr. Kvenvold is dual-Board Certified in pediatrics and internal medicine with infectious diseases expertise for patients of all ages. Dr. Kvenvold's clinical and research interests include penicillin allergy delabeling, antimicrobial stewardship, vector-borne infections, and environmental sustainability within healthcare.
