Lynelle M. Schneeberg, PsyD, is a clinical psychologist specializing in pediatric sleep medicine and the director of the Behavioral Sleep Medicine Program at Connecticut Children’s Sleep Center. In this role, she works with parents to help improve the sleep of children of all ages, from infancy through adolescence. As a Fellow of the American Board of Sleep Medicine, she is also one of the few clinical psychologists in the country who is board-certified in Sleep Medicine. Dr. Schneeberg is the author of Become Your Child’s Sleep Coach: The Bedtime Doctor’s 5-Step Guide, Ages 3-10, and an invited monthly columnist for Psychology Today.
