Meredith Lake, MSN, CPNP-AC

Meredith Lake, MSN, CPNP-AC, is a Nurse Practitioner in the Center for Cancer & Blood Disorders. She has a special interest in bone marrow transplants as well as leukemia in the patient with down syndrome. Prior to joining Connecticut Children’s, Meredith worked as an Oncology/Bone Marrow Transplant RN at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia and completed the Robbie Simpson Fellowship for the Advanced Practice Nurse at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
