Dr. Bilbao is exceptional. The majority of my daughter's care has been moved to [...] but I keep Dr. Bilbao as her endocrinologist because of her genuine concern and care for my child. She carefully explains her thinking and recommendations so that we both understand and I always feel heard when I have concerns

Dr. Bilbao really took time, before the appointment as well as during, to hear us out and problem solve. She had been very responsive on the MyChart with regard to a request for medical documentation for our daughter's school.
