Your Opinion Matters

At Connecticut Children’s, we rely on feedback from our patients and families about the care they have received. Patient satisfaction surveys, administered by our survey vendor Press Ganey,  are a key measure of quality and tell us how we are doing. These survey responses are also used to help us make improvements in our delivery of care.

What Are We Doing to Improve Child Health and Wellbeing?

Improvement activities at Connecticut Children’s are directly related to the feedback we receive from patients and families. In addition, our Family Advisory Councils are made up of parents and hospital staff who meet on a monthly basis to discuss our care and the things we can offer to make hospital and clinic visits easier for patients and families. We listen and learn from patient and family feedback, and make changes that will improve the services we provide.
