Developmental Transition Program

Connecticut Children’s division of Developmental-Behavioral Pediatrics offers a Transition to Adulthood with Developmental Supports Clinic for individuals with developmental-behavioral disabilities ages 15 to 26 years and their families.

The goal of the clinic is to educate patients and their caregivers on the myriad transition issues surrounding developmental-behavioral disabilities and to connect them to relevant community-based resources. This clinic is unique to Connecticut and rare to find elsewhere in the country.
