Resources for Medical Professionals

Concussion Co-Management Program

In our co-management programs, Connecticut Children’s medical experts team up with pediatric primary care providers to provide comprehensive patient care that is convenient for families. Co-Management is most effective in treating conditions such as concussions that can be observed in a high volume among children in the region, or conditions which require acute expertise but can be managed by the primary care provider in an outpatient setting.
