In collaboration with subspecialists from Connecticut Children’s, our neonatal experts evaluate and manage Homecare We're pleased to help children with complex medical needs thrive outside of the hospital through a partnership with All Pointe HomeCare. Through this collaboration, private in-home nursing and skilled, intermittent care is available in many geographic areas throughout the state
