The pediatric rheumatologists at Connecticut Children’s evaluate, diagnose and provide therapeutic services to children with a range of conditions affecting the joints and muscles. We work closely with other specialists at Connecticut Children’s to provide comprehensive care for our patients. Depending on your child’s unique medical needs, our rheumatologists may consult with a variety of specialists from allergy and immunology, cancer and blood diseases, cardiology, gastroenterology, nephrology, nutrition, ophthalmology, orthopedic surgery, and pulmonary medicine.
