Neuro-Oncology Connecticut Children’s Neuro-Oncology Program treats children and young adults with malignant, non-malignant and spinal cord tumors. Our patients receive comprehensive and coordinated care from our Neuro-Oncology team including other pediatric subspecialties such as Physical Hematology/Oncology Research & Clinical Trials Connecticut Children’s is home to some of the top researchers in the nation. We are presently conducting studies to improve fertility in female patients undergoing chemotherapy, as well as evaluating the long-term effects of chemotherapy on the heart.
