Connecticut Children’s psychiatrists are board-certified in child and adolescent psychiatry. We’re experts in diagnosing and treating the full range of psychiatric conditions and mental health concerns in children, teens and young adults. At this time, the Division of Psychiatry is not able to accommodate referrals for outpatient treatment.

Our Psychiatry Expertise

Our board-certified psychiatrists and advanced practice providers are specially trained to diagnose and treat mental health conditions in children, teens and young adults. The Division of Psychiatry provides consultation services for critical and ongoing psychiatric conditions to patients in the Emergency Department and on inpatient floors at the Medical Center.
