Physician Relations Team

Our team of physician liaisons work to strengthen the relationship between Connecticut Children’s, our providers, and our community partners. We ensure our referring partners are fully educated with information about our world class clinical programs, have knowledge of the new providers joining our team, and are informed of important hospital initiatives and expansion plans.

We foster an open line of communication with all partner practices and resolve any barriers or challenges they may face. The physician relations team strives to be great stewards of their loyalty and show continued appreciation for partnering with us in the care of their patients.

Meet Our Team:

Jill Bernstein, MD, FAAP

Medical Director, Physician Relations – Hartford
Territory: Hartford County, Tolland County, Western Massachusetts

Dr. Bernstein has worked at Connecticut Children’s since 2003. She has worked in private practice pediatrics, the pediatric emergency room, and most recently, in pediatric urology, which gives her the unique perspective of understanding patient care from the point of view of the referring provider to the specialist. She works to improve communication with our referring providers through a monthly Medical Minute email and the Referring Provider Advisory Board, which she co-chairs with one of our community pediatrician partners. She is very responsive to feedback and ideas from referring providers. Feel free to reach out! Dr. Bernstein received her Bachelor of Science degree from Brandeis University and her medical degree from University of Connecticut School of Medicine. She completed her pediatric residency at the University of Connecticut School of Medicine.

Janeille Ervin, MBA

Physician Liaison
Territory: Fairfield County

Janeille joins the Connecticut Children’s team and brings over seven years of healthcare experience. Her extensive background is in business development, physician relations, and operations. Janeille moved from California to Connecticut in 2017, previously was a physician liaison at St. Vincent’s Hospital in Bridgeport where she was incredibly successful in generating growth opportunities and additional revenue. Janeille is solely dedicated to Fairfield County where she lives and is excited to grow the region by helping providers, offices, and community partners. Janeille has her Master’s Degree from Walden University and bachelors from University of Texas San Antonio, where she played Division 1 softball. She is thrilled to be working for an organization that the sole mission is to help children and their families.

Robyn Matloff, MD, MPH

Medical Director, Physician Relations – Fairfield
Territory: Fairfield County

As a Fairfield County resident and mom, Dr. Matloff enthusiastically joined Connecticut Children’s in 2018 to help expand services and access to expert pediatric care in Fairfield County. She is a practicing Pediatric Nephrologist with an expertise in Kidney Transplantation and Hypertension. She graduated from Tufts University School of Medicine in 2003 with dual degrees in Medicine and Public Health. She completed her residency training at Columbia University Medical Center and fellowship at the Mount Sinai School of Medicine. As the Medical Director of Physician Relations in Fairfield County, she is excited to work together with local pediatricians, practices and hospitals to ensure that the children of Fairfield County get the best possible care close to home.

Mollie Mullaney, RN

Physician Liaison
Territory: New Haven County, Middlesex County, New London County

Mollie has been with Connecticut Children’s for six years, working as both a clinical nurse and a practice manager with the cardiology team. She has over 10 years of experience as a pediatric nurse, and recently joined the physician liaison team after spending nine months volunteering in East Africa. Mollie’s background of both nursing and operations help her understand the challenges of the entire spectrum of the patient experience, from the initial encounter with pediatricians through the inpatient stay. Her goals are to help increase access for referring providers to Connecticut Children’s Specialty Group practices and improve communication to remove barriers. Mollie received her bachelors in Nursing Science from Boston College.

Britta Raczkowski

Manager, Physician Relations
Territory: Hartford County, Litchfield County, Windham County

Britta joined the Connecticut Children’s team in 2018. Prior to Connecticut Children’s, she worked for Hartford Healthcare for 12 years; the last seven years as a Physician Liaison supporting multiple department’s growth strategies across the state. Britta’s work in Philanthropy has instilled great value on building relationships and stewarding partnerships with our community providers. For as long as she can remember, she has wanted to work in healthcare, and feels privileged to work for this incredible organization dedicated solely to the care of children. Britta received her bachelors in Healthcare Management from the University of Connecticut.
